· 15% off host purchases from our mercantile 

*We allow you to bring in your own food and remain open to working with any and all catering facilities at this time. 

*We provide a 2 hour set up time prior to the start of your event or (if possible) the day before, free of charge.

THINGS TO KNOW & CONSIDER

*Pricing is subject to change, your reservation + deposit locks in your rate.


Tours

We prefer and highly recommend scheduling a tour prior to booking in order to choose the event studio best suited for your occasion. Tours MUST be scheduled. *Walk-In tour requests will not be accommodated


Studio Rental Time 

(All Studios may be reserved within these time periods)

10AM – 4PM  

Evening: 4PM - 9PM (15% Surcharge)

No event is to start later than 7PM

(Hours Outside of These Time Periods must be Approved and May be Subject to Additional Fees)


Parking + Unloading

On street and lot parking is available surrounding our location. It is free after 4pm during the week and all throughout weekends. You may briefly park in the front of our building or on the side for unloading and loading. 


Handicap Accessibility

We do have a stairlift for access to our second floor. Two handicap parking spaces are available (if needed).
Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted. (Some restrictions may apply)


Reserving

A 50% Nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking

-Final Payment is due 1 week prior to your event. (Hours added the day of will be billed and due immediately following your event)

At the time of your booking, we will go over further details and an event studio contract will be presented. *signature required


*We reserve the right to refuse a requested reservation if we conclude our space will not be suitable for an event. 


*A cleaning fee will be applied to each reservation.


*Evening  rates apply for events  after 4pm.


*Additional fees will apply with guest counts over 30.


*Time added the day of your scheduled event outside of contract will be subject to a $175 hourly rate. Applicable to all rooms.


CATERING FROM OUR FAMILY RESTAURANT

 Pasqualino's is Proud to Cater Business Functions, Family Gatherings, and Celebratory Events, including Weddings. Delivered and Setup to Any Venue of Your Choice. 

 All Entrees include a Garden Salad of freshly chopped lettuces and vegetables, and an assortment of freshly baked dinner rolls. Stainless steel serving chafers with sternos are also included.  Please reserve your date as early as possible. A $50 deposit is due at booking and will be subtracted from your final bill. The deposit is not refundable. Down payment of fifty percent due one week prior to event. Balance due at delivery/setup.

Rigatoni or Penne with Meatballs

 The Classic Italian Dish. Our Own Tomato Sauce. The Finest Imported Italian Pasta. Our Own Hand-Rolled Meatballs Made from Over 90% Lean Beef Cuts. 

Pasta Vegetali

 Penne Tossed with Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmigiano Cheese, Finely Chopped Fresh Basil and Oregano, and Garlic. 

Stuffed Shells

 Jumbo Pasta Shells, Hand-Stuffed with a Classic Blend of Three Cheeses: A Fragrant but Delicate Hand-Grated Parmigiano, a Perfectly Aged Provolone, and a Creamy Rich Ricotta. Oven-Baked in Our Own Tomato Sauce. 

Spinach Stuffed Shells

 Our Hand-Stuffed Cheese Shells Blended with Spinach. Oven-Baked in Our Own Tomato Sauce 

Chicken Parmigiana

 All Natural, Locally Sourced, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Lightly Breaded with Our Own Recipe Breading and Seasonings. Oven-Roasted and Topped with Provolone and Parmigiano Cheeses, and Our Own Tomato Sauce. 

Chicken Alfredo

 Oven-Baked, All-Natural, Locally Sourced, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast. Lightly Breaded with Our Own Recipe Breading and Seasonings. Topped with Provolone and Asiago Cheeses, and Our Classic, Creamy Alfredo Sauce. 

Macaroni and Cheese

  The Classic Comfort Food. Our Own Made-from-Scratch Recipe. 

Sweet Italian Sausage

   The Milder Side of Italian Flavor. Blended with a Hint of Nutrient-Rich Dandelion Greens. Oven-Roasted in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Red Peppers and Red Onions. 


HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE

 Hot Italian Pork Sausage Bursting with Flavor and Just the Right Amount of Heat. Over-Baked in Our Own Tomato Sauce with Green Bell Peppers and Onions.
