Hello Friends!

Emily has always had a passion for entertaining along with preparing lovely gifts and flower arrangements. Long before beginning the business she was hostessing, throwing elaborate parties and creating specialty gifts for friends and family. In 2018 with the support of her loving husband, she decided to step away from her career in insurance and start Paper Heart Affairs. The business began as a small store front on Main Street in Downtown Latrobe. After quickly outgrowing the space, they moved the business next door. In 2021 after much consideration, they decided to purchase the building at 807 Ligonier Street in the town in which they reside and have such an affection for. Both Emily and Greg had dreams of having intimate event spaces to offer as well as expanding the store.  After purchasing and spending a year on renovations, The Paper Heart was born.  The couple curated intimate event rooms, styled and created a lower level Airbnb and was able to rebrand and expand the store to their liking.  "We believe in offering a welcoming atmosphere to all of our hosts and their guests. We're also honored to bring a fresh perspective with our social and home goods mercantile and special events to Downtown Latrobe."
